I graduated from CSU-Fresno in 1980 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing. From college I began a management career in restaurants, ending up in Aptos in 1984. I soon realized that Real Estate was a better career choice and began working in commercial real estate in 1985. In 1986 I was hired to run the J.R. Parrish office, and bought the Santa Cruz and Monterey Offices in 1992. I usually sell $10,000,000.00 per year in real estate and lease 100,000 to 300,000 square feet.
